Find a genealogist in MA?

I was looking for a genealogist that I could hire.

Someone with extensive experience. I know I could use the resources of Latter Day Saints but I was also hoping that their would be some more resources closer to home (I’ll try and look into any branches here too.)

I guess I FIRST just wanted some advice from people who have researched their own family’s ancestry, especially anyone who is “Hispanic” and from the Caribbean.

It seems harder if you are from Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic or Cuba to research and look for records that will help you find your European ancestors…well, I haven’t tried yet so we’ll see but I am sure I’ll run into obstacles. Do they keep good records, or any at all? HOw do you deal with poorer nations?

Anyone know some GREAT genealogists in Mass that have worked with hispanic americans/caribbeans and so forth? Or have any advice?

I am not in the USA, so this is what I found:
